Delete your PlantSowGrow account

You can delete your PlantSowGrow account, and everything in it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open PlantSowGrow and go to Settings.
2. Under your account details at the top, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted from our servers straight away.

Without the app

Email info@plantsowgrow.com from the email address you sign in with (or tell us that address if you use Sign in with Apple), with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Everything linked to your account, at once and for good: your name and email address, your sign-in details, gardens, plants, jobs and reminders, notes, photos, harvests, your own plants, plant doctor answers, in-app messages and the app usage notes described in our privacy policy.

What is kept

• Records of PlantSowGrow Plus purchases are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, our purchase service, as the law requires for payments. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Plant names you suggested for the catalogue stay, no longer linked to you.

Signing out is different: it removes your garden from that phone but keeps it in your account.
